| | ABOUT ME | | Grant embarked on his real estate career in 1985 after studying economics at McMaster University and attending the University of Toronto. He was an immediate success, setting a record for first year sales, and winning “The Rookie of the Year Award”!
In 1987 Grant left the independent brokerage where he began his career and moved to Re/Max. In the two decades that Grant has been with Re/Max, he has won virtually every major award within the Re/Max organization! Some of Grant’s awards include: multiple years as Canada’s #1 Sales Representative (Re/Max Canada has over 18,000 sales representatives), the coveted International Top 10 Award (Re/Max has over 115,000 sales representatives worldwide), and induction into the Re/Max Hall of Fame with the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award. In December 2009 Grant received the highest career honour awarded by Re/Max International, the elite Re/Max Circle of Legends Award.
Grant’s 24+ years of real estate sales has not only provided him with an edge when negotiating on behalf of buyers and sellers, but has also made him a popular source for the media.
